One Abstract operates in both Lancaster, PA & Indiana, PA, as well as surrounding counties.

Greg Bardell
Managing Member
As an Owner of ONE Abstract and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and Maryland, Greg brings over 31 years of experience to the company. He has been involved in over 10,000 real estate transactions as an agent and Broker.
EMILY BARDELL
Processing Manager
Emily oversees all operations and active files within ONE Abstract. She facilitates the day-to-day operations of the Processing Department, focusing on high quality work and complex files.
Jessica charles
Title Examiner & Processor
Jessica has her law degree and handles all matters related to title examination and investigation. She will review and resolve any outstanding issues related to the property title for One Abstract.
ROSA STOKES
Intake & Settlement Agent
Rosa brings 20+ years of experience to ONE Abstract as a Paralegal with past experience in Estates, Trusts and Bankruptcy Law. Rosa coordinates and executes all intake and settlements for One Abstract.
Sherry Peek
Post Close Administrator
With over 30 years of customer service, Sherry handles all post close processes for ONE Abstract. She is responsible for recording all deeds and mortgages, and ensuring all settlements are fully and properly closed out.
WES LENHART
Accounting
Wes oversees all accounting functions for ONE Abstract including wire confirmation, distribution of funds and all account and joint venture financial management.
